Fairs, conventions and events play a central role in the marketing mix of any company. They are excellent tools for development and handling of markets. Hence, a key service of our association is the development and support of fair concepts which meet the actual needs of each industry segment and strengthen the position of the capital goods industry.

The VDMA Services GmbH is a fully-owned service subsidiary of VDMA, that not only supports the participation of the German engineering industry in more than 60 fairs all over the world, but also offers fair and event management as a professional full service by the Expo Management department.

Competence from a single source

We are specialists in planning, organizing, implementing and following up events – whether small or large, national or international, whether as a presence, hybrid or complete online event. We are a high-performance partner with many years of experience in successful management of professional events for various industries. These include congresses, conferences, trade fairs, joint stands, working groups, galas, conferences, general meetings and anniversaries. The aim of our activities is to make innovative use of existing industry and trade fair expertise to create high-quality events under economically attractive conditions.

Thanks to our dynamic structure, we can work independently of location, flexibly and efficiently. Nationally as well as internationally.
